Cold Case Project is an internal app for authorized Cold Case Project users.

The app may collect or display account information such as your name, email address, user role, vote activity, finance-related records, invoice uploads, donor and vendor records, and files related to Cold Case Project operations.

Information is used only to support Cold Case Project operations, including authentication, funding votes, financial review, invoice management, document access, notifications, and internal reporting.

Authentication
The app uses Microsoft sign-in and Firebase authentication to verify authorized users.

Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized Cold Case Project administrators, finance managers, or service providers needed to operate the app.

Files and Documents
Users may access or upload invoices, receipts, PDFs, and related project documents. These files are used only for internal Cold Case Project workflows.

Notifications
Users may choose whether to receive push notifications for items such as open votes, passed votes, closed votes, and new transactions.

Data Security
We use authentication, role-based access, and secure server connections to help protect app data.
